Welcome, I’m Nicole. Look, you know you should eat more fruits and veggies and get more sleep, right? Moms and Dads you know you need more time to yourself. The difficult part is actually doing it. Ten years ago I was partying too much. I felt like crap daily, I had high cholesterol, I frequently got sinus infections and I was overweight. I started making small changes over time. Then I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes and had to make immediate changes to my diet for my son’s sake. That’s when I learned about how food affects our bodies. Now I’m at my ideal weight, no longer have high cholesterol and I haven’t had a sinus infection in seven years!
This realization that my lifestyle was the reason I didn’t feel good led me to become an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. My training and education at The Institute for Integrative Nutrition and my personal wellness journey has armed me with the knowledge and tools to show you how to achieve your health goals. My job is to support you for the entire ride. In a few months you will look back with a smile admiring how far you’ve come in a short amount of time.
Together we’ll uncover what’s keeping you from a good nights’ rest. We’ll figure out why your energy is low and add simple, good habits. More sleep equals more energy. More energy means more fun with your kids and doing the things you love to do!

Stress affects all of us and comes in all shapes and sizes. As your health coach I will give you recommendations that fit your lifestyle to reduce stress and live a little easier. Imagine more quality time with your kids, less going from one task to the next at full speed.
How would it feel to shed a few pounds?
Diets don’t work. That’s why the weight eventually creeps back. We’ll figure out what works for your body. It’s not a one size fits all plan. Even if weight loss isn’t your primary goal it’s usually a side effect of the wellness programs. That’s the beauty of a working with a health coach hard work on one area of our lives often improves other areas too!

- Two 60 minute sessions each month (via phone, FB chat, or in person if local)
- E-mail support in between sessions
